Conditions of sale
1.PURCHASES ON THE WEBSITE
The Website allows the Customer to purchase the offered products without the need to register or log in. Purchases made on the platform will ensure delivery of the goods to the selected address.
PRODUCTS
Product images are provided solely for the purpose of presenting items for sale and may not perfectly represent their features and quality; they may differ in color and size. The product images on the Website are purely illustrative and non-binding. The weights of the products shown on the Website are to be considered indicative.
2. TERMS OF SALE
The prices of the products offered are indicated on the website and will be updated based on product availability.
PRICES
All prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Shipping costs and any discounts resulting from promotional codes are excluded. The Website reserves the right to make changes at any time and without prior notice to sale prices and contractual terms. Such changes will be effective against the Customer from the time they are published and will not apply to contracts concluded previously.
PAYMENT
Purchases may be paid via PayPal and/or any electronic payment card. Cash on delivery is not available.
INVOICING AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTS
Each order will be accompanied by a regular commercial invoice or, in any case, by another accompanying document and/or a regular fiscal receipt.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
The order sent by the Customer shall be binding on the Website only if the entire order procedure has been completed correctly and properly. The Customer will receive confirmation of the order placed. The Customer who chooses to place a purchase order declares and warrants that they are of legal age and have full legal capacity to enter into and perform the sales contracts relating to the Products, and that they have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Order Refusal and Cancellation
The Website reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders from a Customer who has previously violated the General Terms and Conditions; from Customers who have provided false, incomplete, or otherwise inaccurate identification data; or from a Customer with whom legal proceedings are ongoing.
3. ORDER CANCELLATION
The Customer may request cancellation of their Order paid in advance within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation request received after the permitted time limit shall be deemed not applicable.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005, no. 206, as amended and supplemented), physical products are included in the possibility of withdrawal.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you receive a non-compliant or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, attaching photos so that our customer service team can carry out a visual check of the damaged or non-compliant product. Please indicate your order number in the subject line. We will try to understand the issue and find a solution together.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Website will make every necessary effort to fulfill its sales obligations. However, the Website cannot be held liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include strikes, wars, natural disasters, and any other event that makes the production, transport, or delivery of the products impracticable.
JURISDICTION
These Terms of Sale are governed by Italian law. For anything not specifically stated herein, reference is made to Legislative Decree 185/99 (“implementation of Directive 97/7 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts”). For any dispute concerning these Terms or the sale of products, the competent court shall be the Court of Venice.
