PURCHASES ON THE WEBSITE
The Website allows Customers to purchase the products offered without having to register or log in. Purchases made on the platform will guarantee delivery of the goods to the selected address.
PRODUCTS
The images of the products are intended solely to present them for sale and may not be perfectly representative of their characteristics and qualities, but may differ in color and size.
The images of the products on the Website are to be considered purely illustrative and not binding. The weights of the products offered on the Website are to be considered indicative.
2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The prices of the products offered are indicated on the website and will be updated based on product availability.
PRICES
All prices shown on the Website include VAT where applicable. Transport costs and any discounts due to promotional codes are excluded.
The Website reserves the right to make changes to sales prices and contract terms at any time and without prior notice. Such changes will be immediately enforceable against the Customer from the moment they are published and will not apply to contracts concluded previously.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made via PayPal and/or any electronic payment card. Cash on delivery is not available.
INVOICING AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENT
Each order will be accompanied by a regular commercial invoice or other accompanying document and/or a regular receipt.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
The order sent by the Customer will be binding for the Website only if the entire order procedure has been completed regularly and correctly. The Customer will receive confirmation of the order placed. The Customer who has chosen to place a purchase order declares and guarantees that they are of legal age and have full capacity to act in relation to the conclusion and execution of sales contracts concerning the Products and that they have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Rejection and cancellation of orders
The Website reserves the right to reject or cancel orders from Customers who have previously violated the General Terms and Conditions; from Customers who have provided false, incomplete, or otherwise inaccurate identification data; or from Customers with whom there is an ongoing legal dispute.
3. ORDER CANCELLATION
The Customer may request to cancel their Order made with advance payment within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation request received after the permitted deadline will be considered invalid.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of Art. 59 of the Consumer Code Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (and subsequent amendments and additions), physical products are included in the possibility of withdrawal.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you receive a non-compliant or damaged product, please write to us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, attaching photos so that our customer service team can visually inspect the damaged or non-compliant product. Please indicate your order number in the subject line. We will try to understand the problem and find a solution together.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Site will make every effort to fulfill its sales obligations. However, the Site cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include strikes, wars, natural disasters, and any other event that makes the production, transport, or delivery of products impracticable.
COURT OF JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. For anything not specifically indicated in these Terms and Conditions, reference is made to Legislative Decree 185/99 "implementation of Directive 97/7 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts." Any dispute concerning these Terms and Conditions or the sale of products shall be settled by the Court of Venice.
